Croissant is an indie/dream pop project of Ethan Heaselden with two singles now live and many more well on the way.

It is "a song that I wrote one day about four years ago now whilst I was stuck at an awful job as a kitchen porter. I was taking out the bins one winter morning when a sweet robin caught my attention amid the morning frost on the branches of an icy bush. And suddenly years worth of nostalgia caught up with me and I found myself writing a list of about a hundred or so things that I loved about winter time. Then spent my following day, my day off, at my mother's piano coming up with a melody sentimental enough to represent my memories of Christmas/Winter time."
