"Wasted Youth" was originally released on 'The Elusive Madman' EP in 2012

Back in 2012, Rewards and Revenge were definitely the most exciting young band emerging in Leamington with plenty of praise in the local media.

In addition to 'The Elusive Madman' (whose other tracks were "Let It Out", "Way Out", "Daydream", "Kill, Kill, Kill", "Beat At It" and "Breathless") the band released the single "Echoes" whose B side was a cover of the MC5's "Kick Out The Jams" (a big live favourite: rivalled by "Wasted Youth") and "Crave".

"It’s not many times you have the chance to see a very young three piece band take you by surprise. The first time I saw this band, I felt such an excitement and intensity. They just went from strength to strength on the live scene. Three young musicians learning their craft together and enjoying it. Maybe a reunion one day…? That would be special.."
